This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your use of Web hosting, Domain Registrations, e-commerce, Dedicated Servers, and other services provided by Host Chacho(the “Services”). In this Agreement, “Host Chacho ”, “Host Chacho”, “we”, “us” means Host Chacho Pakistan and “Client”, “Subscriber”, “you”, or “your” means you. By clicking on the “Submit Order” button, or by buying any of our hosting package, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms, conditions and all policies of Host Chacho. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in account suspension or termination, the determination made at the sole discretion of Host Chacho, on a case-to-case basis. In addition to the following, the Acceptable Use Policies provide more detailed information regarding what is acceptable use of our products and services.
Refund / Moneyback Policy
All new web hosting orders for shared hosting include a 15 days refund / moneyback guarantee. Please find below our refund policy for different services / products offered by Host Chacho :
Hosting Refund Policy
If you become unsatisfied at any point within the first 15 days usage, we will offer full refund of the amount paid for hosting. Refund requests should state clearly the reason for your refund request and must be received within the 15 days of activation through email (support [at] hostchacho.com), or the web form.
Domain Refund Policy
Host Chacho uses third party domain registrar to register the domains, so once registered domain’s registration cost will not be included in the refund. However you will be able to retain the ownership of domain, and will be eligible to transfer your domain to other registrars.
Other Important Info
Accounts terminated due to violation of our terms and conditions found below, will not be eligible for the refund. Non-refundable Products and Services. Refunds are not offered on VPS / dedicated servers orders.
Penalties / Policy Violation / Illegal Services
If any illegal contents are found the account will be suspended immediately without any warning, and you will be penalized from USD 50$ to USD 500$ depends on your package plan. or Equivalent to in PKR Amount for Pakistani Clients or in Local currencies for other countries.
Prices are subject to be changed anytime without any notification or with notification, we are not bound to keep our prices and fees the same as the international currency rate varies from time to time.
